Our shop
Our front desk is of course where we meet clients entrusting garments to us, where we advise on services, and where clients collect prepared work. We have tried to design a calm area for discussion rather than a transaction based setting.
Those few products that we recommend for maintaining your garments at home (shoe creams and waxes, quality wooden hangers, etc) are also available for purchase from our front desk.
The Atelier
Our Atelier space, complete with cloth bunches from all the significant mills as well as oversized mirror and private changing area, is where we see our clients for in depth consultations and alterations fittings.
It is also a resource to bespoke brands wanting to see their London-based clients in a private, purpose-built setting. If your tailor is looking for a Mayfair location for a fitting or a trunk show, this is exactly where they should be.
On-site Pressing
The bedrock of our business, for both trade and retail clients, is our hand pressing service. Our team works from Brook's Mews where we can keep our foundational service close to everything else, and where we can show visitors a little of the magic that goes into caring for bespoke tailoring.

Our neighbourhood
Tucked behind Claridge's Hotel you will find a charming cobbled street, which is quickly becoming a destination for locals and visitors alike. A bakery, a few coffee shops, a florist, a couple of restaurants, and now The Valet, make up this little enclave surrounded by the hubbub of Mayfair.
Naturally we could not be positioned too far from our friends and trade partners on Savile Row, and on Brook's Mews we are only a few minutes' walk away. Similarly we need to be accessible to our private clients and being just around the corner from Bond Street station ticks that box. Plus, those wanting to visit by cab, or to send their driver to collect, will be pleased to know that the mews is great for short stay parking.

In-house work
We are proud that many of our services are sui generis and performed on site by our own team. The hand-pressing is of course our mainstay service and is based on the ground floor. Polishing, hand-sewing, small repairs are all done on our mezzanine where we see our clients.
Those services that we outsource are sent to trusted outworkers and suppliers that understand our service levels and demands.
London Locker
Clients regularly visiting London, but not based here, are encouraged to ask about our London Locker service. For an annual fee (plus services as requested), we can store some suits and shirts to save always travelling with additional luggage. Items can be taken out at your convenience and left with us for storage or services. You are even welcome to use our Atelier to change in.
